Shipping Policy

1. Where we ship
We currently ship to the following countries in the European Union:
- Germany 🇩🇪
- France 🇫🇷
- Italy 🇮🇹
- Spain 🇪🇸
- Netherlands 🇳🇱

2. Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
3. Delivery times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

These are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.
4. Shipping costs
Free standard shipping on all orders within Europe.
Express shipping options (when available) are displayed at checkout with corresponding costs.
5. Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.
6. Customs, VAT, and import duties
For orders under €150 shipped to the EU, all applicable VAT is included in the price at checkout under the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) scheme. You will not pay any additional charges upon delivery.
For orders over €150, additional customs duties or VAT may be charged by the destination country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
7. Address accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us within 1 hour of placing the order at hello@nayaintimates.com.
8. Lost or delayed packages
If your order has not arrived within 21 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
9. Damaged packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately with photos. If you accept the package, photograph the damage and the product within 24 hours of delivery and email us at hello@nayaintimates.com.
